Hi, my name is Mercedes and I’m one half of a very special bonded pair with my brother, Lewis. I’m partially deaf, so Lewis helps guide me through life — he’s my comfort, my confidence, and my best friend. We’re inseparable and always look out for each other.

I’m a shy little girl at heart, but once I feel safe, my playful side emerges — especially when the zoomies hit! I love chasing flies and thosep toys that zip through the air. They’re my absolute favourite.

When I need quiet time, you’ll usually find me tucked away in a cosy hidey hole somewhere or perched on a chair under the table, watching the world go by.

I share my world with my bonded brother, two other cats, and two little doggos who I get on with well. I may be gentle and reserved, but I’m full of curiosity, sweetness and love in my own quiet way.

If you’re patient, kind, and understand that love sometimes grows softly and slowly, I promise I’m worth the wait 🤍

MEDICAL NOTES
Please note that Mercedes is partially deaf. Her brother Lewis Paw-Milton is her bonded companion and the two must be adopted together.

Adoption fee includes vet check, first vaccination*, flea and worm treatment, microchip including the transfer of ownership, and sterilisation.

*Kittens may require further vaccination(s) to complete the full vaccination course. This will be at the cost of the new owner and is not included in the adoption fee. Please enquire for more information.

ADOPTION DETAILS
To apply to adopt, please complete a SAFE Cat Adoption Enquiry Form via our website. You will be advised if your chosen kitten is still available and then put in contact with the carer for a chance to ask further questions. If a meet-and-greet is then arranged, we will email the adoption paperwork and payment instructions to you prior to this. Please note payment must be made before adoption trial starts and we are unable to take cash payment.

Our adoption process includes a two-week trial to ensure your chosen pet is the right fit for your home. After a successful trial period, SAFE Bunbury will arrange transfer of ownership on your new pet's microchip and email copies of their vet records out to you.
