Stone is a sweet, adorable pup with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Playful, clever, and full of energy, he’s always ready for his next adventure.
Stone came into care from Mt Isa, and while we’re not certain of his breed, we suspect he may be a Border Collie cross—he certainly has the smarts and enthusiasm to match!
Like any young pup, Stone is full of curiosity and joy. He loves romping around with his siblings in all kinds of weather and makes the most of every play session. When the fun winds down, he’s just as happy to curl up for a cuddle and soak up all the affection he can get—he’s a real snuggle bug at heart.
Stone is still learning about the world, so he’ll need ongoing training, guidance, and consistency to help him grow into a well-mannered adult dog. He’s a bright boy who is eager to please, especially when food or toys are involved, so training will be a fun and rewarding experience for both him and his new family.
Being young and social, Stone gets along well with other dogs and would likely do just fine in a home with cats given a proper introduction. He would thrive in a home where he gets plenty of interaction, playtime, and mental stimulation to keep his busy mind engaged.
Stone loves his toys, enjoys his meals, and will never say no to a good belly scratch. He would suit a variety of homes, particularly those ready for the commitment of raising a puppy and giving him the love, structure, and attention he needs.
If you’re looking for a loyal, fun-loving companion to grow up with your family and share life’s adventures, Stone could be your perfect match.
Stone is $400 + $100 desex bond* to adopt and comes microchipped, C5 vaccinated, and given flea/tick/worm prevention.
