About Honey
Meet Honey, an adorable pup who's navigating the world with a gentle spirit and an open heart. Born on January 14, 2026, Honey is a petite bundle of sweetness, weighing in at just 2.8 kg at the time of desexing. Though we aren't completely sure which side of the family Honey resembles most, it appears Honey's mom is a pug mix—but dad is a mystery! Honey has a stumpy tail.
Honey is very sweet but currently a little shy and a bit cautious about life's big adventures. With gentle encouragement and support, Honey is learning that the world is not such a scary place after all. Ready and eager to explore, Honey is sure to thrive with a family willing to patiently guide and nurture him.
She is excellent around other little dogs and truly shines when he's engaging in playful, joyful interactions. This sweet-natured pup is waiting for a loving family to reassure her and help her build her confidence as she grows and learns. If you're ready for a lifetime of cuteness and cuddles, Honey is the paw-fect companion!
We cannot guarantee how big Honey will grow as we don't know who dad was but her feet are not large.
Medical notes
Honey passed her medical and is ready for a new home.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
