About Zig
Zig is the kind of dog that doesn’t just walk into your life, he finds his way into your heart and settles there. With his snow-white coat and striking blue eyes, he has a look that people notice instantly, but it’s the quiet emotion behind his gaze that stays with you. He observes the world with a mix of curiosity and caution.
Zig is a timid little soul. The world can feel big and overwhelming at times, and he prefers to take things slowly. New environments, loud noises, or unfamiliar faces can make him hesitate. He’s not the type to rush in, and that’s part of what makes him special. He feels deeply and chooses carefully, but once Zig decides you’re his person, everything changes.
Zig loves to play and is always first in line for naptime cuddles on the couch. He’s been fantastic with children and gets along with dogs big and small. Although unsure at first, with slow introductions Zig would do well with a canine companion. His foster home also includes feline friends — he’ll have a sniff, then happily leave them to their own thing.
With Zig, love isn’t immediate, it’s something you grow into together. And once you have it, it’s something you won’t want to let go of.-
