About Marty & Kimba
💛 Effortless Little Duo 💛
Meet Marty and Kimba — a gorgeous bonded pair of Japanese Spitz who are ready to bring twice the love (and twice the personality!) into their new home.
These two have been together for a long time — in fact, we think they may have been a breeding pair in a former life — and they are very fond of each other. Where one goes, the other is never far behind 💛
✨ Marty (the lady of the house)
Born 8 November 2018 | 8.3kgs
Recently desexed (Feb 2026)
Marty is a spirited little cloud of fluff with bright button eyes and a gentle, affectionate nature. She’s always up for whatever’s happening — a run with her doggy friends, a car ride, or a good sniff around the garden. She loves attention and thrives on company.
✨ Kimba (the charming gentleman)
Born 13 February 2016 | 9.8kgs
Recently desexed (Feb 2026)
Kimba is an engaging, clever boy with a big personality and a playful streak. He’s great fun to have around, enjoys affection, and likes to keep an eye on his humans (just in case they need him). He’s obedient, responsive and not afraid to speak up if he feels hard done by!
🐾 The important stuff
✔ Both are social and get along well with other dogs, but are untested with cats
✔ Have lived happily with Greyhounds and a Jack Russell
✔ Affectionate, loyal and people-focused
✔ Japanese Spitz coats are low-fuss — a quick brush a couple of times a week keeps them looking fabulous
✔ Their foster mum says they are "the easiest dogs to care for"
🏡 Their dream home
These two are looking for a home together (non-negotiable — they’re a package deal 💛) where they can be part of the family. They love company and won’t do well if left alone for long stretches.
Japanese Spitz are known for their loyalty, intelligence and cheerful nature — and Marty and Kimba absolutely deliver on all fronts.
If you’ve ever thought “one dog is great, but two would be even better”… you might just be right.
💛 Two hearts, one home — could it be yours? 💛

Medical notes
Kimba came into care with a small injury on his leg. See photo. It is slowly healing.
They are otherwise in good health for their age.
