Meet Handsome Harvey 💙
Handsome Harvey is a sweet, sensitive, and incredibly cuddly little gentleman who’s just looking for someone to adore and who will adore him right back.
This affectionate boy has the most endearing way of asking for love: he’ll come find you, gently wrap his soft, curly tail around your leg, and let you know it’s time for his next cuddle instalment. Once he’s in your arms, you’ll discover the fastest route to “purrsville.” He’ll nuzzle into your neck, shower you with tiny kisses, and melt your heart in seconds.
His Favourite Pastimes
When he’s not busy being your personal cuddle companion, Harvey can often be found snuggled up with his favorite foster sister, Sabrina, happily grooming and bonding. Their connection is truly special, and they make a beautiful, loving pair.
Don’t let his gentle nature fool you; Harvey has plenty of playful energy too!
Toys: He loves chasing feather wands and laser lights.
Socializing: He enjoys romping around with his foster siblings.
Hunting: He’s an impressively skilled fly hunter, leaping into the air with speed and agility to catch them mid-flight. Your home will be in very capable and adorable paws!
His Perfect Match
Because Harvey is a sensitive soul, he can be a little startled by loud or sudden noises and may be cautious around new people at first. However, with a little patience and kindness, he quickly learns to trust. Once he does, his love is endless.
Harvey would thrive in a calm, gentle home where his humans are around often to give him the affection he craves. Having grown up with a lively group of kittens, he would do best with a feline companion, ideally his beloved Sabrina, so they can continue their sweet friendship and playful adventures together.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is as follows:
1. Submit an adoption application via our website at www.rescuecatsofmelbourne.com.au/adopt
2. We will be in touch with you within 48 hours if we wish to progress your application.
3. A meet and greet will then be organised so that you can meet your potential new family member!
4. Upon a successful meet and greet, an adoption day will be set for you to come and collect your new family member and sign all required paperwork
All of our cats come de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, worm treated and with a clean bill of health.
Our 10-Day Health Guarantee: We want you to feel confident in your new family member’s health. We offer a 10-day cooling-off period specifically for health-related concerns. If your kitten shows signs of a pre-existing illness (such as a respiratory infection or parasite) within the first 10 days of arriving home, please contact us immediately. During this window, you have the option to return the kitten for a full refund or work with our rescue team to ensure the kitten receives the necessary care. We are committed to transparency and the wellbeing of our cats.
