About Mrs Garfield
Mrs Garfield is a rare female orange cat with a big personality and an even bigger curiosity, especially when food is involved. If there’s a snack nearby, she needs to know about it immediately.
She loves playing with shoelaces, which means getting ready for work can sometimes take a little longer than planned. Anything dangling or moving instantly becomes her new favorite toy. Wand toys, strings, or anything “flying” through the air will keep her entertained for hours.
Mrs Garfield enjoys spending time on the couch with her humans and always likes to stay close. She follows everyone around the house like a little shadow, making sure she never misses out on what’s happening. And privacy? Not in this house. If someone goes to the bathroom to brush their teeth or use the toilet, she absolutely has to come in too.
She definitely knows how to ask for food. When her bowl is empty, she drags it across the house to make sure it gets noticed. She meows for attention sometimes, but most of the time she just stays quietly nearby, happy just being around everyone.
Playful, curious, affectionate, and a little bit mischievous, that’s Mrs Garfield.

Adoption details
When someone contacts us to apply for an animal we will send an application form to be completed. When we receive a completed application form we will share this with the foster carer to approve the applicant.
We will then organise a meet & greet with the applicant and the foster carer to meet the animal, learn about their routine, behaviours and what they eat, drink, etc.
After the meet & greet the applicant is contacted to see if they want to proceed with the application and the foster carer approves the applicant.
We will then complete paperwork, payment, and organise a time to have the animal picked up.
Animals are then adopted on a 2 week trial, during which we stay in touch and provide support for the new adopter.
Once adopted we will send through vet records & paperwork and transfer their microchip.
We offer communication and support throughout the fostering & adoption process.
