Meet Kit, a truly special little survivor with a heart full of love

Gorgeous ginger boy Kit has had a rough start to life. He was found collapsed and unresponsive on the street alone and in a desperate condition. Thanks to dedicated veterinary care and plenty of love, Kit has made a full recovery and has blossomed into a healthy, happy little guy.

Now thriving in foster care, Kit is a playful boy who enjoys being part of everyday life. Once he’s settled in, you’ll often find him zooming around with a toy mouse or chasing a ping pong ball, followed by a well earned nap curled up beside you on the couch (he does love his snoozes!) He’s also very food motivated and adores treats and mealtimes, so expect a sweet little shadow weaving around your legs while you prepare his dinner.

Kit absolutely loves the company of other cats and truly thrives with a feline friend. Because of this, he will need to go to a home with a friendly, playful companion to help him feel secure and continue building his confidence.

Given everything he’s been through, Kit will need a patient and understanding owner who can give him the time and space to adjust at his own pace. While he isn’t a fan of being picked up just yet, he does enjoy gentle pats once he feels safe. Initially, he may move out of reach when approached, but he is making wonderful progress every day and continues to grow in confidence.

Kit would do best in a calm household with another cat and an owner who understands that trust takes time. Older, respectful children should be just fine.

With patience, kindness, and a feline friend by his side, Kit will reward his new family with companionship, quiet affection, and plenty of playful moments. He’s come so far already, now he’s just waiting for a loving home to call his own.
