About 🦁 Simba 🦁
Meet Simba 🐾 (aka your future king of cuddles!)
At just 16 weeks old, Simba is already proving he’s ready to take his place in the “circle of life”… preferably right in the centre of your couch.
This little lion-in-training has a soft ginger coat that’s practically made for snuggling, paired with warm hazel eyes that will have you saying “Can you feel the love tonight?”
His tiny paws are always ready for playtime, or kneading his way into your heart.
🦁 Simba loves:
🐾 Treats (no worries—he’ll remind you when it’s time!)
🐾 Attention and cuddles
🐾 Playtime and tummy rubs
Least favourite things:
Honestly… Simba is hakuna matata about everything - no worries here!
🧡 Simba loves lounging in the living room, especially curled up on a soft rug or blanket like the little king he is. Whether he’s napping or watching over his kingdom, that’s his happy place.
👧🧒 Simba is calm, friendly, and loves affection. He’s great with kids and happily soaks up cuddles and attention from everyone - he’s definitely not a “lone lion.”
🐱 🐶 Although he hasn’t had experience with other pets yet, his easygoing nature suggests he could adapt with the right introductions.
🏡 Simba’s ideal home is with a loving family where he can get plenty of attention, playtime, and cuddles. Basically… a kingdom worthy of a king.
If you’re looking for a kitten who will pounce into your life and roar his way into your heart, Simba is ready. Don’t wait too long, this little king won’t be lion around for long! 🦁💛

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as we can. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to hold any animals. Please only apply if you are ready to adopt now.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
