About Chickadee
Chickadee is a sweet, gentle girl searching for a loving furever home where she can truly relax and feel safe. She can be a little shy at first, but with time, patience, and a calm approach, her lovely personality really begins to shine. Once she trusts you, Chickadee forms the most beautiful bond and shows just how affectionate and loyal she can be.
She could go to a home with a role model cat, as long as introductions are slow. Chickadee would be happiest in a quiet household with adults or sensible teenagers who'll give her the space she needs to build confidence at her own pace.
As an indoor-only girl, Chickadee enjoys cosy nap spots, gentle play sessions, and having a good cat tower to perch on and watch the world go by. A little enrichment and routine will help her feel secure and bring out her playful side.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Burwood East site, adoption hours are 10am – 4pm. Walk-ins are welcome, and you can freely walk through our dog, cat and small animal adoption areas.
