At just 12 weeks old, Jiji is already stealing hearts everywhere he goes. This sweet little boy is the perfect mix of snuggly, gentle, and playfulābasically, the full kitten package!
Jiji is a stunning black kitten with a soft, medium-long coat, sprinkled with the cutest āsalt and pepperā dusting between his ears and tiny white flecks throughout his fur. His bright green eyes are full of curiosity (and a little bit of mischief), and theyāll absolutely melt you the moment he looks your way.
š Personality & Playtime
Jiji is a total lovebug. Every morning, heāll come to greet you for pats, ready to start the day with affection. He wants to be wherever you are; whether thatās curled up in your lap during a Netflix binge or āhelpingā you work by sitting directly on your keyboard.
Donāt let his gentle nature fool you though, heās also quite the little acrobat! His favourite feather toy brings out his playful side, and heāll leap, chase, and zoom around like a tiny athlete.
š” Favourite Hangouts
Youāll often find Jiji perched on a sunny windowsill, happily watching the birds go by. When heās not bird-watching, heās either snuggled up for a cozy nap or racing around the house in full kitten mode.
šØāš©āš§ Social Life
Jiji absolutely adores people and thrives on attention. Heās been raised in a calm home and has a very gentle nature, he doesnāt bite or scratch, even during play. While he hasnāt met children yet, his sweet temperament suggests heād do well in a kind, respectful home.
He also loves other cats and enjoys playing and cuddling with his siblings, so heād likely be very happy with a feline friend. Dogs are untested, but his confident personality means he could adjust well to a cat-friendly pup.

Jiji would suit most homes, especially one where he can get plenty of love, attention, and playtime. Heās grown into the biggest (and snuggliest!) of his litter, a true gentle giant in the making.

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
