About Coco
💕 Meet Coco – Tiny Girl, Giant Heart
At just 10 months old and a dainty 3kg, Coco the Pomeranian x Poodle (Pomapoo, if you love a cute mash-up name!) is a little bundle of sunshine wrapped in fluff.
Through no fault of her own, this precious girl has found herself searching for a forever home. And while she may be small, the love she has to give is anything but.
🌸 A Happy Little Shadow
Coco is still very much a puppy — full of energy, curiosity and joy. She loves her daily walks (a 2km circuit is easy for her!) and will happily trot along on lead like a pro. She enjoys zooming around the yard, exploring the world, and making friends wherever she goes.
On walks, she wants to say hello to every dog she sees — big or small, she’s not fussy! She could live as an only dog, but she truly enjoys the company of other dogs and would love a playful friend.
She has been cat tested and is very interested in them… perhaps a little too interested for some feline tastes! Slow introductions would be important.
🏡 Home Life
Coco is toilet trained, though like any young puppy she can still have the occasional accident. She can use a doggy door (with the flap secured open) and is learning more about the world every day.
She’s not crate trained and much prefers being near her people. At night, she loves sleeping at the end of the bed… though by early morning she’ll gently work her way closer for kisses and cuddles. Waking up to Coco’s happy little face is a pretty special way to start the day.
She is generally quiet, only finding her voice if she hears someone over the fence or a knock at the door.
💛 Sweet, Silly & So Easy to Love
Coco’s favourite hobbies include chewing cardboard boxes, stealing socks, investigating magazines, and proudly parading around with her treasures before swapping them for a toy. She’s showing interest in chasing balls — returns are still a “work in progress”!
She’s motivated most by love and belly rubs. Give her affection and she absolutely melts. Being such a young girl, she has so much potential and would thrive with continued training — she’s bright, eager and ready to learn new tricks.
And then there’s that look… the tiny teeth, the mischievous expression, the beautiful brown eyes and lips that seem to smile at you. It’s impossible not to fall for her.
✂️ Grooming
Coco is wonderfully low maintenance when it comes to grooming. A regular brush is all she needs to keep her soft coat looking beautiful.
💫 The Perfect Home
Coco would suit a loving home ready to embrace puppy energy — someone who will continue guiding her, playing with her, walking her, and cuddling her.
She doesn’t need much space.
She doesn’t need grand things.
She just needs someone to love her forever.
And in return, you’ll get 3kg of loyalty, laughter, morning kisses, and a tiny best friend who thinks you are her whole world. 💕🐾

Once an adoption enquiry is completed our admin team will assess the application and if successful we will arrange for a meet and greet to be completed. We may also request photos of your yard for consideration of your application. Please note that we will do no more than 3 meet and greets per dog.
Approved applicants will be contacted to arrange a time for a meet & greet via email. You must bring your current dog along to the meeting if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption - proof of your dogs up-to-date vaccination is required before any meet and greet is arranged.

Paw Prints Canine Rescue has a 10 day trial period – this basically means that if for any reason the adoption does not work out and the dog needs to be returned to us, the adoption fee minus an admin fee (minimum is $250) will be returned to the adoptees via bank transfer within 7 working days.
Please note that if an interstate adoption needs to be returned or regional adoption all transport cost with be paid by the adopter.

INTERSTATE ADOPTIONS **
Any transport costs are to be paid by the adopting family, however we can assist you in helping with transport to airports etc.
** Please note some of our dogs are not available for interstate adoption - each bio will state if available for adoption - please check before applying.
