Having grown up in a street cat colony, Texta will need a little patience as he continues to learn to trust humans. He's come a long way in care, and enjoys a good pat as long as it's on his terms. With time, we're sure he'll become a wonderful human companion, the way he already is to other cats!
If you'd like to meet him, please submit an application (see below) – the more information you can provide about your household, lifestyle and history with cats, the better 🤗
‼️ As with most cats in a new environment or with new people, he will be shy and want to hide at first. But with time and patience (and treats!), he's sure to come around!

1. Submit an adoption application here: https://form.jotform.com/sugarandspicecatrescue/cat-adoption-questionnaire
2. We will be in touch via phone within 2 business days if we wish to progress your application
3. Following a phone call, you will be connected with your chosen cat/s' foster carer/s for a meet and greet, or invited to an adoption day
4. If the cat/s you meet are a good fit and you decide to proceed, you will be sent T&Cs to sign
5. When you have paid the adoption fee, you are welcome to collect your new family member/s!
6. We will send their desex and vaccination paperwork along with microchip transfer instructions as soon as possible via email
