About Gretle
Special home needed
This is Gretle an older girl from the Ginger 100 and I didn't think she would survive nor live this long. After a year in care and struggling with the ups and downs of her health in relation to cat flu, she has being stable for the last 3 months with no changes in her condition which is really good.
Given the recent passing of some of her humongous family I think it's time to put Gretle up for adoption so she can have some time, may that be a few months or several years being loved and living in a home with people who care about her and can spoil her. It would need to be a only cat home due to the debilitating cat flu the Ginger 100 carry, but you are welcome to take her with a friend. In fact its recommended.
If anyone can give Gretle that loving home it would really be so lovely for a sweet cat like her self.
She is very placid and can be handled and picked up with no resistance. She loves pats and rolling around. Her favorite thing is fresh blankets to roll around on and she loves the big minky blankets she can make biscuits on.
Gretle's cat flu is stress related and we can anticipate a potential break out during the first 2 weeks in her new home however being what she is we offer our full support in her care. The important thing for us is that she can have a good quality of life rather then live in a shelter environment until she passes away.
With good food in a stress free environment Gretle could do really well and go on for several more years.
Gretle is desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, FIV/FELV tested and parasite treated to indoor homes. See less

Adoption details
All our cats and kittens come desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and parasite treated. Our adult cats and high risk kittens are tested for FIV/FELV.
Kittens come home to you around 12 to 13 weeks after being desexed if they are of appropriate weight and health at that time.
All our cats require indoor only homes for their safety and to protect the wildlife. An outdoor enclosure can be a safe way for your cat to experience the outdoors.
We have a number of transport services that can bring your new baby to you around QLD so distance is not an issue.
We do our best to make sure every cat gets the best home they can, but we have a life time returns policy for our adopted babies should they ever find themselves in trouble.
