About Eggplant
Meet Eggplant, or Eggy for short, a gorgeous girl with a big heart and an even bigger personality. She is the kind of puppy who brings fun, laughter and sweetness wherever she goes. Full of playful energy and curious charm, Eggy loves exploring the world around her and finding new ways to make her people smile.
Eggy is a smart little lady who is eager to learn and thrives on connection. Whether she is bouncing around with her toys, learning new things, or curling up after a busy day, she has that lovely mix of cheeky and affectionate that makes puppies so easy to fall in love with. She has been raised around children, so she is gentle, social and used to busy family life. She also gets along well with other animals, which makes her a beautiful option for a home with existing pets.
Eggy had a rough start to life, having been dumped at only 1 day old alongside her 9 siblings. Thankfully, their mum was found and was able to safely continue raising her babies in care, where they have been surrounded with love and given the chance they deserved. Their mum has the most beautiful nature, and it is no surprise these pups have grown into such lovely companions. Mum is a German Shepherd x Kelpie and dad is a pure Kelpie.
If you are looking for a loving, playful and loyal best friend, Eggy is ready to steal your heart. She is excited for a future full of love, adventure and cuddles, and she cannot wait to find a family to call her own.

Adoption details
*Please only apply if you reside 4hrs from Shepparton
* You will have a list of questions sent that you need to answer and send back.
* (For dog applications) Photos are requested of your yard, the fencing and any undercover shelter areas (patio/pergola) that must be sent through along with answers to questions.
* It’s not first in best dressed and we pride ourselves in finding the perfect family home for the animals in our care and make sure each family finds the perfect animal as well.
* We feed our cats on Lifewise, bags are available to buy from us.
* We also offer a 2 week trial on all animals that are adopted from this rescue organisation, if returned during this time a refund less 10% is given.
* Meet and greets are always taken prior to adoption, on the day if all goes well and you are happy, you can adopt on the spot and take your animal home to begin the next chapter together. We don't offer more than 1 meet and greet.
*All animals listed on our petrescue page are available for adoption until the moment they are removed
