About Duke
Meet Duke,
Duke is a gentle little soul with the potential to become a true snuggle bug. While he may be a bit shy when you first meet him, with a little patience and kindness, he’ll begin to show his affectionate side and form a strong bond with his person.
Right now, Duke is still learning to feel confident in new environments, so he’ll need some time to warm up. Once he does, you’ll start to see his sweet personality shine through.
Like any cat, Duke loves to play! He enjoys spending time with his siblings, zooming around with bursts of zoomie energy and turning everyday spaces into exciting playgrounds. Whether he’s darting in and out of hiding spots or playing a game of tag, Duke’s playful antics are sure to bring a smile to your face.
Duke would do best in a home that understands he may need a little extra time and patience to come out of his shell. In return, he promises the reward of watching a shy cat grow into a loving and loyal companion.
If you’re looking for a playful, gentle cat and are happy to give him the time he needs to blossom, Duke might just be the perfect match for you.
As Duke is doing so well in foster care around other cats, he will need to go to a home with a resident cat or alternatively Duke would love to be adopted with his sister Ettie.

Adoption details
Please email us at adoptions@heartandsoulrescue.com.au if you are interested in adopting one of our precious souls, and we will email you our Adoption Application Form.
Once we have received your completed form, we will then contact you to discuss suitability. If we feel one of our cats or kittens will be suited to you, we will arrange a home visit or ask for a short walk-through video of your home.
If all goes well, we will give you a *trial period of 2 weeks to see if our cat or kitten is the right one for you 💕 *Conditions apply - We reserve the right to reject a full refund if recommendations & requests regarding your new cat/kitten have not been adhered to. (a 25% admin fee will apply)
