Meet Mittens, a calm and independent cat who enjoys gentle grooming and attention. She prefers a quiet, adult home where she can settle in at her own pace and interact on her terms.
Mittens has previously lived with a cat-savvy small dog and handled it well, though she hasn’t lived with other cats. She values a peaceful environment and would be best suited to a home without children.
She may seem reserved at first, but with patience she becomes affectionate and enjoys spending time with her people. Mittens will suit someone looking for a low-key companion who appreciates a calm home.
Mittens came into our care as a very reluctant surrender due to a sudden change in her former owner's living circumstances.
Mittens is a rather large cat, weighing in at 5.5kg
Medical notes
Mittens have previously had a few teeth removed, and ongoing dental checks are recommended as she may require a low dental in the future.
