Meet Duffy, your instant best friend!

Duffy is super friendly and playful, always ready to toss a toy around
or join in on the fun. He is the kind of dog always up for an
adventure. He’s very social and plays beautifully with other dogs his
own size or bigger, making him a great candidate for a home with an
existing canine companion. While Duffy loves being close to his people
and following them everywhere, he can be left alone once his needs are
met - he may fret but settles well.

He sleeps through the night in his crate quite happily. He is already
toilet trained and is not destructive, but any socks left lying around
are fair game. He follows cues from the other dogs he lives with and
has easily slotted into our home and routine. He does not walk well on
lead (the world is much too exciting) but he is getting better every
day.

Duffy is a big fan of the finer things in life: toys, food, and
cuddles are at the top of his list. Training will be fun and
rewarding. He’s very loyal and eager to please, but can get over
excited, especially when seeing other dogs. With consistency (and
snacks), he’ll absolutely thrive.

Duffy’s dream home is with someone who has an active lifestyle and a
committed approach to training. Someone home more often than not, or
able to take Duffy with them.
He sometimes jumps up and is a bit of a doofus so older children would be best.
