Hi, I’m Buddy 🤎
I’m just a 6-month-old baby who found himself on the euthanasia list in a rural pound… until the humans at SLR put their hand up to save me.

I’m a true blue little legend — loyal by nature, kind, gentle, and just so ready to be someone’s best mate.

Life hasn’t always been easy for me. I’ve got a few scars that tell the story of when I had to fend for myself out on the streets… but I promise they only add to my character but I am still full of love and hope.

So far, I’m dog social (I can even share my water bowl like a good boy!) and I’m learning more every day. I’m still growing into these legs and ears of mine !

Being a cattle dog, I’d thrive with someone who understands my breed — someone active, or with space for me to stretch my legs, explore, and be the happy pup I’m meant to be.

All I’m missing now… is my person 🤎
