Lady Mimi Arabella of Winterbourne may carry herself like feline royalty, but beneath the aristocratic title is one of the sweetest, most loving companion cats you could ever hope to meet.
Mimi’s story didn’t begin in luxury. She was abandoned in a colony in South-West Sydney, left to fend for herself despite clearly once belonging to somebody. But even through hardship, Mimi never lost her gentle nature, her trust in people, or her love for companionship.
Now safe in foster care, Mimi has made it abundantly clear that her true purpose in life is simple: to love and be loved.
Mimi is an absolute chatterbox who adores long “conversations” with her humans. She’ll happily wander through the house telling you all about her day, responding to your voice with sweet little chirps and meows as though she fully expects you to answer back. And honestly? You probably will.
She is also a world-class snuggler.
Mimi doesn’t just enjoy affection — she thrives on it. If there is a lap available, she will find it. If there are arms willing to hold her, she will melt straight into them. She’s the kind of cat who brings comfort simply by being nearby: warm, gentle, calming, and deeply connected to her people.
With her soft nature and calm energy, Mimi would make an exceptional companion for an older person, someone living alone, or anybody searching for a therapy-style companion cat. She isn’t demanding or chaotic — she simply wants closeness, comfort, and a home where she can finally feel safe forever.

Her adoption fee is $150 — a very small sum for a lifetime of unconditional love from a tiny queen.

Step 1: Browse Available Cats and Kittens

Step 2: Contact Us

Step 3: Initial Screening and Assessment
TACC Rescue volunteers will review your application
Step 4: Meet and Greet
We will arrange a meet and greet with the kitten(s) or cat(s) of your choice.
Step 5: Adoption Approval and Fee Payment
Complete and sign the adoption agreement.
Pay the adoption fee via bank transfer or credit card payment link.
This agreement outlines your responsibilities as a pet owner and TACC Rescue's commitment.
Receive your new pet's medical records, microchip information, and any special care instructions.
Take your new family member home!
