About Arura
š¾ Meet Arura ā part gremlin, part potato, part personal comedian⦠100% French Bulldog š¾
Best to describe Arura - 1 year old French bulldog weighing 8kgs of pure chaos & cuddles!
If youāve ever owned a Frenchie⦠you already know this is not a dog.
This is a lifestyle choice š
Arura is everything youād expect from a French Bulldog and then some ā dramatic, hilarious, stubborn, loving, and convinced she runs the entire household (sheās not wrong).
šØ She snores
š She has big feelings about absolutely everything
š She believes all food is hers
š She will claim your couch⦠your bed⦠your personal space
And honestly? Youāll let her.
Arura came into care through no fault of her own and is now ready to find a home that understands the very unique world of Frenchies š
Sheās a high-energy little nugget who loves to play ā especially wrestling, chasing balls, and her personal favourite⦠soccer with a beach ball like sheās training for the World Cup ā½
But donāt worry ā for every burst of chaos, thereās an equal amount of snuggle mode. She will happily glue herself to you and stare into your soul like you are her entire universe š„¹
She is crate trained and currently sleeps in her crate, is working on her toilet training (emphasis on working š ), and is very food and toy motivated ā which makes training both easier⦠and negotiable, depending on her mood.
On walks, Arura is keen⦠very keen. The world is exciting, other dogs are VERY exciting, and her attention span can sometimes disappear into another dimension. Sheāll need ongoing guidance to become a polite little walker.
š¶ The fine print (because every Frenchie has it):
⢠Can be a bit of a barker when she has opinions (she has many)
⢠Still learning social skills with other dogs
⢠Best suited to kids 8+
⢠Needs a patient human who understands that confidence takes time
Underneath the sass, snorts, and shenanigans is a sweet, slightly sensitive girl who just wants to feel safe, loved, and part of a family. She can be a little unsure at times, but with the right person, she will absolutely thrive.
⨠Expect laughs
⨠Expect attitude
⨠Expect a dog who thinks sheās human
š And most importantly ā expect to fall completely in love
š¾ Arura is ready to take over your home⦠and your heart. š¾

Adoption details
Paw Prints Canine Rescue is a non for profit dog rescue located in Southeast Queensland.
All our dogs leave our care with full vet work (up-to-date vaccinated, microchipped, desexed, heart worm and intestinal wormed and flea treated).
Please note - They will not leave for their new homes until they are 12 weeks of age and have been desexed, micro-chipped and vaccinated up to date.
Please note - we are not a pound or have kennels - all our dogs stay in foster carers homes and therefore dogs are not able to be simply viewed - only approved applicants will meet the dogs.
Please Note: We do not hold any animals so please only apply if you are ready to adopt now
Please note - We don't take calls on adoption enquiries - an application must be completed
We can also be found at https://www.facebook.com/pawprintscanine/
Complete the following adoption enquiry link
https://goo.gl/forms/PqpkCcE89ikDR2Lw1
Once an adoption enquiry is completed our admin team will assess the application and if successful we will arrange for a meet and greet to be completed. We may also request photos of your yard for consideration of your application. Please note that we will do no more than 3 meet and greets per dog.
Approved applicants will be contacted to arrange a time for a meet & greet via email. You must bring your current dog along to the meeting if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption - proof of your dogs up-to-date vaccination is required before any meet and greet is arranged.
Our adoption fee must be cleared in our bank account before any animal is available for pick up. Please note we bank with ANZ - any other bank may take 48 hours to process the monies.
Paw Prints Canine Rescue has a 10 day trial period ā this basically means that if for any reason the adoption does not work out and the dog needs to be returned to us, the adoption fee minus an admin fee (minimum is $250) will be returned to the adoptees via bank transfer within 7 working days.
Please note that if an interstate adoption needs to be returned or regional adoption all transport cost with be paid by the adopter.
Please also note while this can be a very exciting time for everyone, it can also be an overwhelming time for dogs and we ask that you do try and allow your new family member to settle in their new home and adjust
INTERSTATE ADOPTIONS **
Any transport costs are to be paid by the adopting family, however we can assist you in helping with transport to airports etc.
** Please note some of our dogs are not available for interstate adoption - each bio will state if available for adoption - please check before applying.
AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD
After the 10 day trial period is completed Paw Prints Canine will send out all relevant paperwork for your new furbaby via email including the transfer of microchip form.
