Jitzy has a delightfully cruisy attitude to life. She’s a compact little lady who truly excels at the art of relaxing and would be happiest in a home where companionship and comfort are top priorities.

Jitzy’s favourite pastime is watching TV with her people, preferably while cuddled up on a chair beside you (or on you, if permitted). She’s affectionate without being demanding and loves quiet together time. If you’re looking for a dog who will happily keep you company rather than needing constant activity, Jitzy is your girl.

She has low exercise needs, making her ideal for apartment living, retirees, or anyone wanting a calmer canine presence. She’s also wonderfully quiet, rarely barking, which adds to her easy‑going nature.

Jitzy is very food motivated, which makes her a joy to connect with and a great candidate for gentle, reward‑based routines. She’s recently discovered the magic of a squeaky rubber chicken and is very amused by her ability to make it squawk — a talent she’s quite proud of! Aside from that, she prefers a good chew toy and has little interest in other toys.

In her foster home Jitzy is still working on her morning toileting routine and may occasionally toilet indoors, so she will need an understanding adopter who can manage or continue training around this.
