🐾 Meet Deacon – The Little Pup Ready to Take on the World 🐾

Hi there! My name is Deacon, and I’m am told I am a gorgeous cattle terrier mix pup who is just beginning my big adventure i life. My foster family says I’m full of personality, enthusiasm, and the kind of spirit that’s ready to take on the world one wag at a time.

Since arriving in foster care, I’ve settled in like a dream. I’ve been soaking up every lesson, exploring new experiences, and showing my foster parents just how clever I can be. They tell me I’m a very smart little pupstar – I just love learning!

I’m the kind of boy who’s happiest when life is full of fun and activity. Walks, car rides, exploring new places, and discovering how the world works are all right up my alley. I have the zest and curiosity you’d expect from a young working breed mix, so I’d love a home that enjoys being active and is ready to keep my clever brain busy.

Of course, after a big day of adventures, I’m also a champion napper and love to snuggle up on the couch with my foster parents and dream about the next exciting adventure we will do together.

One of my favourite things about foster life is my foster fur brother Ryder. I absolutely adore him and you’ll often find me curled up beside him for a snuggle or following him around to see what he’s up to. Having a doggy friend around is pretty great!

Meal times are definitely my favourite part of the day (I sit very nicely and wait… though I can hardly contain my excitement!). I’m learning great manners and my foster family has already put a lot of time into my training and socialisation over the last few weeks. Because I’m still a young pup, my forever family will need to continue my education using reward-based, force-free training so I can grow into the wonderful canine citizen I’m destined to be.

I would be best suited to a home where I can have access to both indoors and outdoors, as this is what I’m used to in my foster home. I happily sleep in my crate overnight, settling in nicely and waking up ready for a brand new day of fun.
