About Cindy Lou
Hi there! My name is Cindy Lou, and just like my namesake, I have a big heart and a gentle spirit.
My story didn't begin in Whoville though. I came into care as a stray with no identification, and I wasn't alone, I had my four tiny babies with me. We hadn't exactly stumbled out of a snow-covered Christmas story, but we were lucky enough to be taken in and given a safe place to stay. I spent my time in foster care doing what mums do best: making sure my little ones were safe, warm, and growing strong.
Now my babies are off to begin their own adventures, and for the first time it's finally my turn to find a forever home.
I'm only about two years old, which means I still have plenty of playful curiosity, but I've also mastered the art of appreciating the quieter things in life like cozy spots, kind humans, and the occasional moment to sit and watch the world go by. You might say I'm a little like the Cindy Lou who asked the very important question of the The Grinch himself: gentle, thoughtful, and hopeful that everyone deserves a chance to be loved.
My Christmas wish isn't for ribbons, roast beast, or a tall tree in the town square, it's simply for a home of my own. Somewhere warm, safe, and full of kindness, where my story can have the happy ending every good tale deserves.
After all, even outside of Whoville, a little heart can grow three sizes when it finally finds where it belongs.
