Hello, my name is Cookie!
I'm a sweet and affectionate little lady who's dreaming of a fun-filled life with a loving family! Playtime is my absolute favorite, and I could happily spend hours chasing toys and showing off my kitten energy.
New places can make me a bit nervous at first, so I'll need a safe room and a patient human to help me settle in. Give me a little time and understanding, and I promise I'll be more than worth it.
When I'm comfortable in my new home, my playful kitten personality really shines. I can be full of zoomies and excitement, so I'm looking for a forever home that enjoys interactive play, enrichment, and keeping my busy brain engaged.
I'm a delightfully chatty kitty who is ready to share thoughts, opinions, and gossip I see from the windowsill.
I may be suited to a home with a friendly feline companion who can tolerate my kitten energy! We would need a slow introduction to each other in the home to ensure we start off our friendship on the right foot.
I am family friendly but I would prefer a home with older children who will understand to give me space when I need it.
I would prefer to be an indoor cat so that I can spend lots of time with my family. I may be interested in having a secure cat enclosure when I am older so I can safely explore outside.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
