About Autumn
Autumn is a sweet and affectionate cat who was quite timid when she first came into us. She spent some time in foster to help build up her confidence, where she most enjoyed human companionship, interactive play, and loved to have a chat with her carers!
Autumn's ideal home is one with gentle and patient adopters, with adults only (or older, cat savvy teens). She would love to have access to plenty of scratching outlets, soft toys and feather wands. She is initially cautious with new people, but warms up quickly, then approaching for gentle pats and affection. She would likely prefer to be the only pet in the household.
With continued patience and a calm home environment she is likely to continue gaining confidence and become a very affectionate companion.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
