Cherry

Cherry's favourite things include pats, affection, cuddles, being in the same room as her people, yelling at the world if she wants something, being the centre of attention (but only with her trusted people) and playing with toys (real or imaginary, she's not fussed 🤣).

She is an extremely affectionate kitten who does like to have a cuddle on the couch while you're sitting down watching TV. Being young still, she doesn't stay still for long and gets....... SQUIRREL!!........ distracted easily.

She loves to play and do zoomies in the mornings and evenings but prefers to find a small dark place to nap away the day, her preferred places being under the couch or bed.

Pats are life and more valued than *most* food (excluding cat crack aka tube treats). She loves scratches on her cheeks, forehead, behind her ears, neck, chin, back and booty. She likes to dramatically flop to the ground or in your arms like a limp noodle in a state of utter bliss, purring away like her life depended on it.

She is hesitant of strangers but is generally willing to play with them until she feels comfortable enough for pats. She can also be bribed with tube treats.

She would benefit from living with another playful cat. She doesn't particularly like being alone and hasn't figured out how to play with a dog yet. She's an incredibly sweet and loving girl with a sassy streak. She's very vocal and likes to have free run of the house.

Cherry came into care with an injury to her eye. This is now healed, but may impact her vision slightly. She also has a low grade heart murmur.
