About Jester
Jester is a charming and affectionate young cat who perfectly balances playful energy with gentle companionship. With his handsome orange and white coat and striking bright yellow eyes, he is as beautiful as he is loving.
He previously lived in a caring home where he was well loved; however, the resident older cat struggled with his youthful energy and constant activity. His family made the difficult decision to find him a new home better suited to his needs.
Jester is a true people-cat who thrives on companionship. He happily follows his humans from room to room, engages in lively conversation throughout the day, and is always eager for attention and tummy rubs. Gentle and friendly by nature, he is wonderful with children and does best in a home where he can be part of the family’s daily life.
His idea of heaven is curling up on a warm lap, soaking up affection and giving plenty in return.
While he may be a little shy during the first few days in a new environment, he quickly settles and reveals his sweet, affectionate personality. Once comfortable, he becomes a loving “smoochy little gentleman.”
As an added bonus, Jester is already trained to walk confidently on a lead and harness, making him perfect for garden strolls or gentle neighborhood adventures.
Jester is desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, and ready for adoption. If you’re looking for a loyal, social, and loving feline companion, this sweet boy would make a wonderful addition to your home and heart.

About Us
Urban Feline Australia is a small, independent cat rescue dedicated to saving surrendered cats from kill shelters and finding them loving, permanent homes.
Founded and run by a passionate animal lover with the support of dedicated friends and volunteers, we specialise in caring for cats that have previously lived in family homes but, for various reasons, can no longer stay with their owners.
Since our inception, we have been fortunate to build a small but dedicated network of volunteer foster carers. These compassionate individuals welcome the surrendered cats into their homes, providing them with love, care, and a safe environment while we search for their perfect forever families.
As a tiny, grassroots rescue with no government funding or large facilities, every rescue is powered by compassion, community support, and a genuine commitment to animal welfare.
All adoption fees and donations go directly toward the essential needs of the cats in our care — including premium food, veterinary treatment, litter, equipment, and ongoing medical support. We rely heavily on the generosity of our foster carers, volunteers, and supporters to continue our work.
Our long-term vision is to expand so we can help even more cats in need. This includes securing a larger dedicated property and, one day, possibly opening a cat café to raise awareness and funds while creating a welcoming space for cat lovers.

Adoption details
We try to make things very easy and straight forward while at the same time making sure we are matching the right cat to the right home.
The first step in the adoption process is a quick chat over the phone to make you are able meet the cats needs and your home is a good fit for the cats personality.
From there we will organize a meet and greet the cats foster home where you will be able to see the cat in action and get a gauge of their personality.
Once you have adopted you new furry feline friend we offer ongoing support and you are welcome to contact us anytime if you have questions, concerns or need advice.
We work hard to make sure that each cat is a good fit for their new home but in the unlikely even that things do not work out we have a 21 day cooling off period and you are more than welcome to return the cat to us during that time.
We will happily refund 50% of the adoption fee or you are welcome to donate this refund to assist with the ongoing cost of the animals care.
