Josie is the perfect mix of high energy, high agility, crazy zoomies yet soft, kind, loving and snuggly too.
Josie seriously loves to play with her foster brothers. Chasing is her game, she just loves to tuck her tail and run as fast as she can. She really loves tug toys and hard chew toys to fill in her day. And once all the fun has been had a good big snooze to recharge so she can start again.
Sweet Josie has been an absolute star in foster care. She has excelled in Crate Training and sleeps overnight. If she does need to toilet she cries out and runs straight outside, then back in her crate.
She is still mastering toilet training, but if she has access to the yard she chooses to go outside. Doggy door would suit her perfectly.
She has learnt to walk on a lead and not pull at all. She loves sitting calmly and watching the world go by. She will make a fantastic adventure buddy.
Josie has had a rough start in her short life and has slightly weak tendons in her front legs. She is now on good nutrition, raw, sardines, egg quality kibble and this will fix over time and she will have no long term effects.

Any family, single, couple, kids she loves everyone. Josie would love someone to nurture her active side, her intelligence and her loving side.
Josie is in care in Mallabula, NSW. Her adoption fee is $800 and she is desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and treated for fleas, ticks and worms.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:
https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
(2) If the questionnaire is approved, we will arrange a property check so we
can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've applied for.
(3) Next, we will arrange for you to meet the pet, usually at the foster
carer's home or at a nearby park.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay the adoption fee*, sign the NSW change of ownership form and our DRN Adoption Agreement and take your new family member home! The two week trial period begins on the day of adoption.
*We prefer payment by funds transfer and don't accept cash or personal
cheques.
