About Fonzie! π
Fonzie β 4 Year Old Mini Groodle πΎ
Say hello to Fonzie, a sweet and fluffy 4-year-old Mini Groodle weighing just 12kg π. Fonzie has grown up on a property alongside cats, poultry and other dogs, including his mate Trooper the Kelpie who is also currently looking for a home. Through no fault of his own, Fonzie is now searching for a loving family to call his own.
Fonzie has a gentle nature and enjoys being around people, but like many dogs who have grown up on a property, he hasnβt had much formal training yet. Heβs still learning the basics and doesnβt know commands like βsitβ just yet πΆ. With some patience, guidance and positive reinforcement, he will make wonderful progress and form a strong bond with his new family.
Compared to his Kelpie friend, Fonzie isnβt quite as high-energy, but he is still an active young dog who will need regular exercise, playtime and mental stimulation to stay happy and healthy πΎ. He would do best in a house with a secure yard where he has space to explore and burn off some energy. While he doesnβt require a farm or large property, apartment living may likely not suit him.
Fonzie generally gets along well with other dogs, but he can sometimes try to mount other dogs as a way of asserting himself in the relationship. Because of this, any doggy introductions will need to be done carefully, and he would be best suited to living with a desexed female dog. Meet and greets with existing dogs in the home must be done at the pound to ensure everyone is comfortable and compatible π.
Being a Groodle, Fonzie has that gorgeous soft coat that everyone loves β but it does come with some maintenance βοΈ. His coat will require regular brushing, baths and blow-dries to keep it clean, healthy and free from matting. Routine grooming appointments will also help keep him looking and feeling his best.
Fonzie has been around people his whole life and enjoys companionship, so he would love a home where he can be part of the family and spend time with his humans π₯°.
