About Anges
Agnes and Edith are two very sweet but timid cats who are part of our Rescue or Rehome Program after coming from known unowned colony areas. They're still adjusting to life indoors and learning that people and new environments can be safe.
Both girls can be handled and have shown their gentle nature, but they are easily startled by new things and will need patient adopters who are happy to let them settle in at their own pace. With time, kindness, and a quiet home, they have every chance to continue growing in confidence.
Agnes and Edith know each other and find comfort in familiar company. While they don't need to be adopted together, it would certainly be lovely if someone had room in their heart and home for both of them.
These girls are looking for adopters who understand that shy cats can take time to blossom-but the reward of seeing them slowly relax and trust is incredibly special.
Agnes & Edith would suit a calm, quiet household with patient adopters who will go at their pace. They would be best in an indoor only home with someone who has a soft spot for the shy, special cats who need a little bit of extra time.
If you believe that the quiet ones deserve a chance too, Agnes and Edith would love to find a home where they can feel safe, secure, and loved.
To show our commitment in finding these beautiful girls the special home they deserve their adoption fee has been waived and all vet work has been completed.
Agnes is part of our Rescue or Rehome program, where we are committed to finding homes for cats and kittens who simply cannot cope in the shelter environment. If you can open your heart and home to Agnes - or if you're a rescue group able to help - please reach out to us at adoptions@dogshome.com
