About Coco
Coco - A Little Island of Sweetness
Named after the island, Coco may be small but she has a big personality and just the right amount of sass.
Coco is currently in foster care with a loving family, which means we know a lot about her personality already. She loves a good snuggle and will happily fall asleep next to her people, her brother or one of the many teddy toys around the house.
She is a clever little pup who is already learning to let her foster family know when she needs to head outside for the bathroom. Coco is also very food motivated and eats with great enthusiasm, so continued training around food manners will help her as she grows.
Like most puppies, Coco is curious about everything. From toys to toes and even the occasional shoe, she enjoys exploring the world with little licks and playful nibbles.
Coco has also been treated as a precaution for suspected Ehrlichia canis (E. canis) and is doing well.
She is currently learning about crate time for sleeping and quiet time and settles quickly once she relaxes.
Because Coco is raised in foster care, we understand her personality and needs well. If you would like to meet this sweet little girl, simply send through an adoption application and we can arrange a meet and greet.

Flying for a few hours is very important for animals in remote locations because it gives us the opportunity to be adopted. Talk to SAFE about flying me to Perth.
4 THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE APPLYING:
1. Time Commitment: Owning a dog is a big responsibility and requires a significant commitment of time and energy. Be sure to consider how much time you can realistically dedicate to caring for a dog and make sure you are prepared to make that commitment.
2. Cost: Owning a dog can be expensive. Make sure to consider the cost of food, medical care, toys, and other supplies. You may also want to think about enrolling your dog in obedience classes or hiring a professional dog walker.
3. Space: Depending on the breed, some dogs require a lot of space. Make sure you have enough room in your home and yard to accommodate a dog before making the decision to adopt.
4. Lifestyle: Think about your current lifestyle and how a dog may fit into it. Consider if you have any restrictions such as travel, work hours, or allergies. Also, think about how owning a dog may affect your social life.
NOTES:
Adoption fee includes vet check, first vaccination*, flea and worm treatment, microchipping and sterilisation at a SAFE approved vet at 6 months of age.
