About Kylie
*In foster care in Kirribilli, Sydney*
Meet Kylie, the disco queen of foster cats!
Like THE Kylie, she's petite and pretty. She loves a tickle around the ears (also like THE Kylie? We'll never know), and likes to initiate chats with tiny, sweet meows. If you meow back, it turns into quite a conversation!
She's a total purring machine too, and wonderfully easy company. She adores being around her special humans, and has quickly become her foster mum's little ginger shadow.
When Kylie first arrived in care, she was mesmerised by the front-loading washing machine - staring at it intently like it was Cat TV, and occasionally jumping up and patting it. She’s moved on from that now, having adopted a toy mouse that she chases, plays and sleeps with :)
This gorgeous girl is sweet and gentle, but also curious and confident with new people, so we think she may suit a home with school-aged kids and other friendly pets. She can't wait to come into your world!
Like all Maggie’s pets, Kylie is microchipped, desexed, and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... is with someone who's able to spend lots of time with me! I love to be around you, and though I'm not a lap cat, I'm definitely happiest when we're hanging out together. If you get up and move somewhere else, I'm more than likely to get up too, with a cute, purry little meow, to lay down again close by :)
When people come to visit my foster mum I'm friendly and interested, and politely accept pats, so I think a home with more than one person (and maybe even children) could suit me.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I've quickly learned how to play and be playful, and I'm now the shining star I was meant to be! But on the whole I'll always choose a snooze over a game. I'm an incredibly low-maintenance cat, in the best way possible!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Kind and respectful primary school-aged children (6+) who understand boundaries would probably be the best match for my soft nature.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I think I'd get along well with another nice cat or two!
A bouncing puppy or dog would likely be too much for me, but an older, more settled dog might be OK.

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
