Hello, beautiful humans. My name is Nova, and while my story hasn’t always been easy, my heart is still full of love to give. At the end of 2025, I arrived at Perth Rescue Angels carrying babies, but sadly they were born far too early and I lost them all. It was a traumatic chapter in my life… but I chose love anyway. Despite everything, I’ve remained affectionate, gentle, and deeply connected to my humans. I’m proof that even the strongest hearts can still purr.

I’m incredibly affectionate and LOVE being petted—head scratches, back rubs, cuddles… yes, please! Just don’t touch my tail—that’s my one royal boundary, and I’ll politely (or not so politely!) let you know. I’m also very talkative. I don’t just meow—I have conversations. I’ll greet you, answer you, and sometimes even tell you off if I disagree with your decisions. I have personality PLUS, and I promise I’ll keep you entertained every single day.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I love humans deeply. Being near you, following you, sitting beside you—that’s my happy place.

I’ve been around other cats, but because of my past, I’ll need slow and respectful introductions. Dogs are unknown territory for me, but with patience, anything is possible.

My ideal home is one where I can feel safe, adored, and truly part of the family.

Likes / Dislikes
Food is one of my greatest joys in life. After surviving on the streets, I don’t take meals for granted. I love my food and appreciate the comfort and safety of a warm home—but I won’t lie, the explorer inside me is still there. I’m very curious about the outside world, so my future family will need to be mindful with doors and windows. I belong inside, safe and loved, but I might still try my luck if given the chance. What can I say? I’m smart and experienced, and I know how the world works.

My PURR-fect home is one where I’m treated like the queen I was always meant to be. I’ve survived hardship, loss, and life on the streets, and now I’m ready for my forever chapter—a home filled with love, safety, warm beds, full bowls, and humans who understand my gentle but strong soul. If you choose me, I’ll give you loyalty, affection, and conversations for life.

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.
