Well, hello there, hoomans! I’m Chico — also known as Cheeky Chico. I was rescued with my mum and siblings and have spent the last month discovering the magical world of human love, treats, and cuddles… and let’s just say, I’m a big fan.

Nature
I’m a soft-hearted little boy who can be a bit shy when we first meet while I figure you out. But every day I’m learning that humans are pretty wonderful. Once I feel safe, my playful personality really shines. I love zoomies, playtime, and making the cutest little chatter noises. Food is also a big favourite (especially creamy treats!). With a little patience and kindness, my confidence continues to grow, and my sweet nature comes out more and more.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I would feel most comfortable in a home with older, gentle children who understand that building trust takes time. I’ve grown up around other cats and would really benefit from having a confident feline friend to help me feel brave in my new home.

My PURR-fect home would be a loving home with patient humans who’ll give me time to grow brave. A friendly cat buddy would be lovely, but mostly I just need love, playtime, and plenty of tasty snacks. Give me a little patience and I’ll reward you with sweetness, zoomies, and lots of adorable kitten moments.

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.

*Chico’s adoption fee includes vet check, sterilisation, vaccination, microchip, flea and worm treatment.

Medical Notes: Chico has an undescended testicle. He will need to be taken to one of our associated vets for his second vaccination and testicle check. If it has not descended, he will require surgery at 6 months of age to locate the remaining testicle. If it has descended by the time of his vaccination, he will be booked immediately for surgery. These appointments will be organised by Perth Rescue Angels.
