About Ace
Introducing Ace,
A bright‑eyed, soft‑hearted puppy who's ready to melt your world-and your lap! At just 11 weeks old, this adorable American Bulldog has already perfected the art of being cute. Whether he's trotting around with oversized puppy paws or looking up at you with those "pick me up" eyes, Ace brings joy wherever he goes.
Ace is a playful, curious boy who loves exploring, learning new things, and meeting new friends. When he's not busy chasing toys or chewing on something approved (...mostly approved), he transforms into a snuggly, gentle cuddle buddy who will happily snooze in your arms.
He's off to a great start with his basic training and will thrive in a home willing to continue showing him the ropes with patience and positivity. With his loving personality and eagerness to please, Ace is well on his way to becoming a loyal and devoted companion.
Whether you're looking for an adventure buddy, a couch snuggler, or a little bit of both, Ace has all the charm to fit right into your family's heart and home.
To book a meet and greet with Ace please phone 5441-2209 or email barcreception@bendigo.vic.gov.au .
Due to the high volume of emails received, enquiries with a request for a specific appointment with phone details included will receive a response as priority over generic applications which state they are interested in meeting an animal.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
