Meet Olive: The Curious & Gentle Tabby Girl! 🫒✨
If you’re seeing double, don’t worry—your eyes aren’t playing tricks on you! Olive is the almost identical sister to Onion, and she is just as beautiful. While she shares her sister's adventurous spirit, Olive has a lovely, gentle, and observant side that makes her truly special.
🌟 Personality & Charms
Olive is a naturally curious soul. She is an independent explorer who likes to take in her surroundings, watching the world with her big tabby eyes before leaping into the fun! She is the perfect balance of playful energy and sweet, quiet moments.
Energy Level: Medium to High (She’s always up for a game! ⚡)
Playtime Favourites: She goes mad for feathered toys and balls—anything she can pounce on and chase! 🎾🪶
Nap Time: Olive is a true "cuddle puddle" fan. Her favourite spot is laying in the bed with her siblings, tucked up warm and safe. 🛌🐾
Top Affection: She absolutely melts for pats on her back. It’s her favourite way to bond! 💖
The Spook Factor: Just like her brothers and sisters, the vacuum cleaner is her only foe. 🧹🚫

Olive is a social, confident, and well-adjusted kitten who has thrived in her nurturing foster home.
Other Cats: Yes! She is very comfortable with feline companions. 🐱
Dogs: Untested, but she has a brave and curious nature.

Olive has never been alone, and she isn’t looking to start now! She cannot be a solo cat. She relies on the company of her feline friends to feel her best. 👯♀️
Her ideal home is with a family that already has other cats, or even better—being adopted with her "twin" sister Onion or another sibling! If you have a loving home with plenty of back-pats to give, Olive is ready to join your family. 🫒💕

Adoption details
Our adoption process is as follows:
1. Submit an adoption application via our website at www.rescuecatsofmelbourne.com.au/adopt
2. We will be in touch with you within 48 hours if we wish to progress your application.
3. A meet and greet will then be organised so that you can meet your potential new family member!
4. Upon a successful meet and greet, an adoption day will be set for you to come and collect your new family member and sign all required paperwork
All of our cats come de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, worm treated and with a clean bill of health.
Our 10-Day Health Guarantee: We want you to feel confident in your new family member’s health. We offer a 10-day cooling-off period specifically for health-related concerns. If your kitten shows signs of a pre-existing illness (such as a respiratory infection or parasite) within the first 10 days of arriving home, please contact us immediately. During this window, you have the option to return the kitten for a full refund or work with our rescue team to ensure the kitten receives the necessary care. We are committed to transparency and the wellbeing of our cats.
