Sumi (previously Chompa)

Hello, I'm Chompa! I got my name when I was only a few weeks old but don't worry, I've learned how to play properly since then. As you can see I'm a black cat, but when you catch me in the sunlight you'll see I've got super fancy stripes and spots all over my coat!

I'm a curious explorer who loves to see every corner of a room. I love to chase or play with just about any toy, and I've got plenty of energy for games! I'm also very smart and food motivated - I'm in the process of learning basic clicker training and could be taught tricks if my new family wanted that.

When I'm ready for a nap, there's nothing I enjoy more than curling up on your lap (or your chest if you're lying down) for a good cuddle. Despite my small size I have a big purr and like to make the most of it. I also love to sleep in the silliest of positions, so you may find me upside down, belly on display in bed occasionally.

I am currently living with other cats that I look up to, and I'd love to go to a home with at least one other friendly animal - I'm confident and charming so with the right introductions I think I'd get along with anyone! I'm the friendliest little guy you'll ever meet.
