About Kiki
Meet Kiki 🧡
Kiki’s story didn’t start the way it should have. She was found abandoned in a box with her siblings by a kind member of the public. When they became frightened and scattered, Kiki was the only one who could be safely caught.
She came into our care with a little injury to her upper lip and a very big, very scared heart.
For her first three days, Kiki chose the safest place she could find — tucked quietly under one of our nurses’ beds. Watching. Waiting. Learning that not all hands are scary.
And then… she decided to be brave.
Slowly, she crept out. First for food. Then for gentle pats. Then for play. 💛
She’s still wary of sudden movements and new things — and that’s okay. Considering where she started, she has come such a long way. Kiki now accepts love, leans into cuddles, gives the sweetest little smooches, and has the most playful, cheeky streak once she feels safe.
She doesn’t need perfection — she just needs patience. A calm home. A soft lap. Someone who understands that trust is something she worked incredibly hard to give.
From hiding under a bed to asking for affection… we are so proud of you, Kiki.
Now she’s ready to find the forever family who will continue her journey 🧡
