About Sunny
Sunny is a gentle boy searching for his furever home where he can feel safe, loved, and given the time he needs to truly shine. ☀️🐾
Sunny can be a little shy at first, so he's hoping to find a calm and patient household that will let him settle in at his own pace. With kindness and a quiet environment, he'll gradually come out of his shell and build his confidence, showing the sweet personality that's waiting underneath.
One thing that helps win Sunny over quickly is food - he absolutely loves it! Treats and mealtimes will be a great way to bond with him and help him feel comfortable in his new home.
Because of his white colouring, Sunny would like to be an indoor-only cat where he can stay safe from the sun. To keep him happy and stimulated, he would love plenty of enrichment activities such as toys, scratching posts, and interactive play.
Sunny may also enjoy the company of another friendly cat, pending a slow and careful introduction to make sure everyone feels comfortable.
With patience, love, and a little help from his favourite snacks, Sunny has all the potential to become a wonderful companion in the right home. 🐱💛
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
