Dear Future Family,

Hi...I'm Emilia 💛

I've been waiting a long time to meet you. Longer than most dogs here. Everyone keeps telling me my person is out there somewhere - someone who'll see past the kennel and notice the sweet, loving girl underneath all my excitement. I really hope that's you.

Once I settle into a home, I am honestly the easiest girl. I'm perfectly toilet trained, I adore being inside with my humans, and I love nothing more than curling up on the lounge after a fun day. Shelter life is loud and busy, so sometimes I can seem a little over-the-top at first... but in a real home, I relax beautifully and become the cuddly, affectionate companion I truly am.

My perfect day? Easy.
A big beach walk with my family, followed by a yummy frozen Kong for breakfast. Then a biiiiig nap somewhere comfy inside (preferably the couch, obviously). After that, maybe a little sniffari walk or a fun training session - I'm super smart, food-motivated, and I LOVE learning new things. Then dinner, cuddles, and snuggling up beside you while we watch TV together all night.

I'm incredibly sweet and I absolutely love other dogs, so if you already have a dog at home, I'd love for us to meet first to make sure we're the perfect match 🐶 I can live with kids too, though little humans should meet me first to make sure we're a perfect match. I'll also need secure fencing, because I'm athletic and can be a bit of a jumper when something exciting catches my attention.

More than anything though...I just want to belong to someone. I want a home. A comfy bed. A family to love with my whole heart.
