About Mulligan
Master Mulligan came into care under sad circumstances you see he was found living on the side of a far north highway, The Mulligan Highway which was the worst and best of his life all rolled into one. Mulli had been hit by a car and had his left hip fractured, this boy got very lucky and a wonderful caring truck driver spent a couple of weeks working on catching him, Now the best of his life the driver got him to Cooktown who in turn got him to Cairns and to our wonderful vet who operated on him fixed his broken hip and into foster care he went. His foster family are doing all the work needed to help him regain strength in his left leg and hip and with a bit of time he will be 98% he will never be 100% sadly but what he lacks in physical fitness he more than makes up for in personality he is a super little guy and by little we mean he weighs in at a petite 14kgs and is pretty much fully grown, he has the best ridge on his back we have ever seen he is slate grey and just a happy boy, he is dog friendly, cat friendly loves kiddos he is house ,crate and car trained, Mulli is really the total package. This boy will make an awesome companion or a best friend for another dog.
