Hello, my name is Karly.

My story started a little quietly. I came into care as a stray, no ID, no clues about where I had come from, and despite everyone waiting and hoping, no one ever came looking for me. I'm only just over a year old, so it feels like my life is only just beginning, and now I'm hoping that beginning leads me to someone willing to give me a chance.

One of the first things people notice about me are my eyes. They're big, bright green, the kind you can easily get lost in if you look a little too long. I like to use them to watch the world around me, because I'm quite the observer. I enjoy sitting nearby, quietly taking everything in, the sounds, the movement, the people around me.

I'm a young cat with plenty of potential still waiting to unfold. Sometimes I like to take a moment to understand things before jumping right in, but once I feel comfortable, you'll see my sweet and curious nature come through. I do have a soft spot for chin scratches, they're one of my favourite ways to relax and connect with my humans.

At just over a year old, I still have that lovely mix of youthful curiosity and growing confidence. I'm interested in the world, keen to learn, and ready to blossom in the right home with someone patient and kind.

All I really need is someone willing to see the wonderful companion I can become, someone happy to let me settle in, grow in confidence, and share those quiet, gentle moments that make a house feel like home.
