About Ronin
Meet Ronin – The Gentle Old Warrior 🐾
At 12 years young, Ronin is the definition of a wise old soul. True to his name, this handsome Akita gentleman carries himself with quiet dignity — but these days, his greatest battles are deciding which comfy spot to nap in next.
Ronin is desexed, partially deaf, and proudly embracing his “retired life” era. He’s very chill, loves his sleep, and has mastered the art of peaceful companionship. If you’re looking for a calm presence rather than a high-energy whirlwind, Ronin is your man.
He currently lives happily with cats and, until recently, has lived alongside other dogs too. He’s well-versed in sharing his space and enjoys a harmonious home environment.
Because he’s partially deaf, Ronin navigates the world a little differently — but it doesn’t slow him down. He simply tunes out the nonsense and focuses on the important things… like dinner time and cosy beds.
Ronin would suit a quiet home where he can enjoy his golden years surrounded by love, comfort, and understanding. He doesn’t ask for much — just a soft place to rest, gentle pats, and a family who appreciates the magic of senior dogs.
✨ Senior dogs like Ronin don’t just give love — they give gratitude, loyalty, and a steady, calming presence that only comes with age.
If you’ve got room in your heart for a gentle old warrior, Ronin is ready to spend his retirement years by your side.
