Basil is an easygoing and confident kitten who settles in well and enjoys being part of the action. He’s naturally curious and will happily sniff out and greet any new visitors. He would thrive in a home where he gets plenty of love and attention, and he’d especially enjoy living with another playful cat or kitten to keep him company.
My Energy Level ⚡🎾
Basil has a playful side and loves to engage in games, but he also knows how to unwind. After burning off some energy, he’s more than happy to curl up with you and enjoy some quiet cuddle time.
My Suitability to Children 👨👩👧
With his gentle and easygoing nature, Basil may be well-suited to a home with respectful children, though slow introductions are always recommended.
My Suitability to Other Cats or Dogs 🐈🐕

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
