About Rory
😍 Rory's Personality:
Rory is a handsome young boy with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Outgoing and confident, he approaches life with enthusiasm and a cheeky sparkle that makes him impossible not to love.
He’s smart and eager to learn, which makes him easily trainable and a pleasure to work with. Rory is wonderfully social, enjoying the company of both people and other dogs. He thrives on interaction and loves being part of the action.
With his charming nature, intelligence, easy-going personality, and playful spirit, Rory is ready to bring fun, laughter, and loyal companionship to his forever home. 🐾
🏡 Rory's Ideal Forever Home:
Rory would thrive in an active household where he can truly be part of the family. He would suit a young family or an energetic couple who will include him in their daily lives and adventures.
He would love trips to the beach, visits to the dog park, regular walkies, and plenty of playtime to burn off his fun-loving energy. Just as importantly, he’ll appreciate a home that balances activity with downtime, giving him space to relax and recharge after a day of fun.
With the right mix of adventure, companionship, and affection, Rory will make a beautifully loyal and entertaining addition to a loving forever home.
🛟 Rory's Rescue Story:
Sweet Rory was abandoned with his sister, Riley. Dropped off at a vet in Taree - with no microchip, the owner was unable to be contacted. Both dogs were happy, well-behaved and gentle in nature. Following two weeks in the pound, we welcomed them into the Sweet Pea family, where Rory has continued to show just how sweet, easy-going, and affectionate he truly is. Rory arrived with significant wounds on his neck, indicative of being tied up but is now safe and thriving. Rory is ready to leave his past behind and start the next chapter of his life with a family of his own.
🩺 Rory's Medical Information:

During his time in our care, he has been desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, and treated with flea, tick, heartworm, and intestinal worm prevention. He is up to date with all routine veterinary care.
📖 More on Rory:
Rory is brilliant at lead walking, and his sister Riley is his BFF, so if you happen to have room in your heart for two doggies, they would live very happily together.
Rory’s adoption fee of $450 helps cover a portion of his veterinary expenses and allows us to continue rescuing dogs in need.
