About Tatertot
Meet Tatertot, a charming lady who knows the art of relaxation. Tatertot finds the coziest nooks where she can cuddle up and sleep the day away. Though she will be quite anxious at first, Tatertot enjoys a firm chin scratch and absolutely adores winding her slender body around your legs. Once trust is established, she will tolerate short periods of handling ... so long as chin scratches are involved! True to the Manx breed she has a stubby tail. She appreciates a good lower back scratch.
Tatertot is the perfect balance of tranquility and playfulness. Tatertot will climb to a cozy perch atop a cat tower or to the highest point in your outdoor cat enclosure. When it's time for a bit of exercise, she enjoy chasing a ping pong ball or hunting a teaser wand toy.
In her social life, Tatertot is quite cautious. Patience and gentleness will be essential. She has only known one dog and maintained a respectful distance. She may adapt to a calm and respectful canine friend. With other cats, first impressions are key. Due to past negative experiences, she approaches initial encounters with cats warily. However, Tatertot does open her heart to a welcoming respectful older cat, her talkative and smoochy side surfacing.
If you are seeking a feline friend who enjoys her own space but treasures those special moments of affection, Tatertot will slide right into your home with her balanced charm and occasional playful spirit. She will thrive in a household that is calm and provides her with routine.

http://www.challyanimalrescue.org.au/adopt.php
** Only applications submitted via this link will be considered **
Our adoption process is as follows:
1) Animal is listed on PetRescue
2) Applications are received
3) The application which we feel offers the best-suited home to the pet is contacted for first preference of a meet and greet to see if they 'click' with the animal.
We do not follow a first-in, first-served process and only consider applications completed via our online form.
Due the popularity of some dogs - and the fact that our rescue is run entirely by volunteers - we cannot guarantee that all unsuccessful applicants will be notified, however we will do our best.
