I’m Cotton — a quirky, petite young lady with a gentle soul and a curious mind. I like to take life at my own pace, especially when meeting new humans, but once I feel safe, my playful side bursts through. I adore exploring, pouncing, and finding new adventures around the house. I purr happily when you give me gentle pats, and I love stretching out in a warm sunbeam after a good play session. I’m independent, thoughtful, and sweet, and I’ll quietly keep an eye on you… especially if you’re heading toward the food bowl!

Companions (Children, Cats and Dogs)
I’d suit a gentle family with older children, a couple, or anyone who understands that I need a little time to warm up. Once I trust you, I’ll happily curl up on the bed at night to keep you company.

I used to live with my sister Canvas, who has now found her forever home, and I’m so proud of her. I’m currently living with two other foster cats, and I get along really well with them — having feline friends around makes me feel more confident and playful. With a slow introduction, I’d be very happy joining a home that already has a friendly cat.

I haven’t met dogs up close yet, but the ones barking outside don’t bother me at all.

Likes / Dislikes
I’m a very playful girl and have a great assortment of toys where I currently live — ping pong balls, scrunched‑up paper, and anything that moves are my favourites.

I adore soft blankets and cosy spots, especially if there’s a cat tree or high perch nearby for me to supervise my kingdom.
I love gentle pats and will reward you with soft, happy purrs.

I eat breakfast and dinner, and boy, when I’m hungry, I become the chattiest little lady you’ve ever met!

I don’t like being picked up — I prefer keeping my paws firmly on the ground. Loud or chaotic environments aren’t for me; I thrive in calm, steady spaces where I can feel safe and relaxed.

My PURR-fect home would be a loving, patient home where I can blossom into the playful, affectionate girl I truly am. I’d love a sunny spot to nap in, a high perch to survey my kingdom, and humans who appreciate a mix of independence and sweetness. I’d be very happy with a feline friend to play with, but I can also thrive as your only cat if you’re attentive, gentle, and understanding.

Medical Notes: Cotton has a history of urinary crystals, which previously caused some inappropriate urination. Her most recent urinalysis shows the crystals have resolved. She must remain on a urinary‑specific diet to keep her healthy. When settling into a new home, she will need a quiet, confined space of her own to reduce stress and minimise the risk of crystals reoccurring. With the right care, routine, and environment, she can continue to thrive.
