Is your shirt feeling a little too clean? Maybe even, too dry? Allow us to introduce you to Minnie. Stock up on some lint rollers folks, this cuddle bug has got you covered... in fur, and a hint of drool.

Minnie has a block in her schedule labelled "massage" that coincides with your bedtime. She'll drop everything for a chance to sprawl out on your chest and soak up some affection, and you'll oblige because she is simply the softest and sweetest, and also most insistent girl around.

Now the exact mechanics of Minnie's schedule are still revealing themselves, but we have ascertained some details:

🐾 Firstly, Minnie's keenness for a cuddle is directly proportional to how well she can see your legs and how likely they are to move. This seems fair, as she is very small and human legs are very big.

🐾 Secondly, she won't jump into bed with just anyone, she'll take some time to build her trust in you.

🐾 Thirdly, the duration of cuddle time is inconsistent, some would say random. Will you be stuck for one minute, or twenty minutes? Nobody can say for sure.

What is sure though, is that regardless of what colour shirt you were wearing, it is now cat coloured. And if you did an adequate job, slightly damp.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
Darling Minnie is very fond of her cat friends, although she takes her time warming up to them. She requires a kitty buddy to ensure she'll meet the day's cuddle quota, so a friendly cat that enjoys sharing their personal space is a non-negotiable. In fact she does not care if they enjoy it or not, biting her is a form of grooming... right? But for their sake, a proven record of willingness to snuggle will be very beneficial.

Minnie would not appreciate a dog or small children - she is the only drooler allowed. She would adore any children old enough to follow cat rules though, i.e. pats are on her terms (which are mysterious).

Likes / Dislikes
Minnie loves to be up high, her ideal sleeping arrangement is on a shelf or cat tower next to your bed.

She does not enjoy guests or noisy activity and will tuck herself away; after a loud or busy day she will emerge from hiding spots you didn't realise your house had.

She does enjoy a lively discussion and will remark on your tardiness for breakfast or how late you stayed out with copious meows

She's not particularly big on play, if you don't count a jolly 3am sprint or post litter-tray zoomies.

My PURR-fect home would be with people who understand how quirky cats can be and have the patience to let me blossom in my own time. I would need a kitty friend, I could be slowly introduced to a resident cat who is known to enjoy cat company, or you could mix'n'match me with another gentle soul looking for their forever home.

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.
