About Harley - 16 Week Old Border Collie X Bull Arab
Harley is a 16-week-old male Border Collie x Bull Arab puppy with a sweet, affectionate nature and a love for cuddles. He is a gorgeous little pup with a beautiful personality that is very easy to fall in love with.
Harley loves spending time with people and will happily cuddle up beside you whenever he gets the chance. He enjoys being involved in whatever his people are doing and already shows that he forms strong bonds with his person.
Harley is a very healthy puppy who has been raised in a home environment. He has been well socialised with other puppies and adult dogs (both small and large) and gets along well with them all. He has met lots of people and is friendly and affectionate with everyone he meets.
Harley has started some basic training and is already proving to be a clever and responsive little dog. He has begun lead training and is learning to check in and respond to his person while walking. He currently knows sit and lay down, and is learning shake and wait.
Harley is doing well with toilet training, though like all puppies this will still need to remain a priority in his new home. He sleeps well in a crate at night and is settling nicely into a routine.
Harley will grow into a medium-sized dog. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise and training.
It would be a big plus if you have a friendly adult dog as a teacher, companion and playmate for Harley. If you don't have another dog to keep him company, then there needs to be someone in the household that doesn't work full time.
Harley needs to be welcome inside when people are home and to sleep inside at least until fully grown. He will be a wonderful family dog and is suitable for children 8 years and older.
Harley's adoption fee is $800 which includes his desexing when he is old enough. It also includes his first two vaccinations. He has been treated for fleas and worms, and is microchipped.
Harley is in foster care in Elermore Vale, NSW. Since he is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. He'll need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing when he's 5 to 6 months old.
